This policy explains what information [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], doing business as Cloud 9 Slime ("we"), collects through this website and how we use it. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to fill your order or plan your event.
What we collect
- Orders: at checkout you give us your email, phone and shipping address. Card details are typed into Square's secure form and go straight to Square — we never see or store your full card number.
- Event requests: what you type in the booking form — name, email, phone, city, venue address, event date, number of guests, guests' age range and your message.
- Your cart: saved only in your own browser (local storage) so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out.
We don't use advertising trackers, we don't sell your information, and we don't share it for marketing.
How we use it
- To process payments, ship orders and send receipts.
- To review, confirm and run event bookings, and contact you about them.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.
- To keep records the law requires (for example, tax records).
Who we share it with
- Square — payments and invoices (Square's privacy notice).
- Shipping carriers — your name and address, to deliver your package.
- Our website host and email provider — to run the site and send messages.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Children's privacy
Our products are for kids, but this website is for parents and adults. Orders and bookings must be made by someone 18 or older, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
How long we keep it
Order and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. Event requests that don't go ahead are deleted within [12 months].
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing cloud9slime208@gmail.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
