Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases and event bookings made through this website. The shop is operated by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], doing business as Cloud 9 Slime, Idaho Falls, Idaho ("we", "us"). By placing an order or requesting a booking you agree to these terms.

1. Orders & payment

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or book an event. Kids are welcome to pick colors — a parent or guardian completes the purchase.
• All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Square; we never see or store your full card details.
• Sales tax: Idaho sales tax (6%) is charged on orders shipped or delivered to an Idaho address and on pickup orders. Orders shipped to other states are charged sales tax only where the law requires us to collect it.
• Every slime is handmade, so colors and textures can vary slightly from the pictures on the site.
• We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

2. Shipping

• We ship within the United States only. The shipping fee depends on how many jars are in your order and is shown at checkout.
• Local delivery: available for some ZIP codes around Idaho Falls. The price for your area is shown at checkout when you enter your ZIP code. Someone needs to be available to receive the order, or tell us a safe place to leave it.
• Free pickup: in Idaho Falls. After your purchase, we'll call or email you to arrange the pickup time and place. Orders not picked up within [14] days may be cancelled and refunded.
• Orders ship within [5] business days. If we can't ship within that time we'll email you, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
• Slime can be affected by extreme heat or cold in transit. Please bring your package inside as soon as it arrives.
• Please double-check your address. We're not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Returns, damages & refunds

• For hygiene reasons, opened slime cannot be returned.
• If your order arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, email cloud9slime208@gmail.com within [7] days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.
• Unopened items can be returned within [14] days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the mistake was ours.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Square.

3. Event & party bookings

• Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We hold your date while we review it and contact you to confirm details and price.
• A booking is confirmed once you pay the [50%] deposit through the Square invoice we send you. The balance is due [on the day of the event].
• If you cancel: more than [14] days before the event, your deposit is refunded[ minus a $__ fee]. Within [14] days, the deposit is non-refundable but can be moved once to another available date.
• If we cancel (illness, severe weather, emergency) you get a full refund or a new date of your choice.
• Events outside Idaho Falls may carry a travel fee, quoted before you confirm.
• The host provides a safe indoor or covered space with tables, and access to water if possible.
• Supervision: a parent, guardian or responsible adult from the host side must be present for the whole event. Children younger than the age shown in our Safety info may not take part in slime making.
• Please tell us about allergies or skin sensitivities in advance. Slime can stain fabric and carpet, so guests should wear clothes that can get messy. We're not responsible for stains or damage to clothing or furnishings.
• We may photograph the slime station. We only post photos showing guests' faces with the host's written permission.

4. General

• Product use: slime is a toy, not food. Please read our Safety info. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for harm caused by misuse, ingestion or use without adult supervision.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim about an order or event is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Idaho consumer protection law.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Bonneville County, Idaho.
• We may update these terms. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.
